By accessing or using goWalkWise (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. App Access and Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Intellectual Property

Games Afoot, LLC and its licensors own all rights to the App and its content, including but not limited to:

Tour content and narratives
Artwork, images, and audio
Code, technology, and app mechanics
User interface and design elements

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Share account credentials
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the App
Use the App for unauthorized purposes
Harass other users or engage in abusive behavior

5. App Modifications

goWalkWise may be modified or discontinued at any time. We may update these terms, change features, or adjust or remove content.

6. Privacy

We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. App progress and related data may be stored to provide functionality and improve the experience.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the App, other users, or our systems.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use of the App is at your own risk.
